4. Clinical Services

Where physiotherapy services are provided, they are delivered by A/Prof Mark Merolli and his team via his registered physiotherapy practice (Technologic Physio) in accordance with professional and legal standards.

Health records may be retained in line with statutory requirements.

Non-clinical performance services do not replace medical advice.

5. Marketing

If you consent, we may send updates about programs and resources. You may unsubscribe at any time. We comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).

6. Minors

Our services are not marketed directly to children under 16.

For participants aged 16–17 (or, younger):

  • Parent or guardian consent may be required.

  • We take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate consent is obtained.

  • Both the young person and their parent/guardian may be involved in communications where appropriate.

Parents or guardians providing information about a young person warrant that they are authorised to do so.

7. Disclosure & Overseas Storage

We may disclose information to service providers (e.g., website hosts, CRM systems, analytics platforms). Some providers may store data overseas. We take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards.

8. Content & Case Studies

Participation in filming or case studies is optional and subject to separate consent. Identifiable health information is not published without explicit consent.
