Where physiotherapy services are provided, they are delivered by A/Prof Mark Merolli and his team via his registered physiotherapy practice (Technologic Physio) in accordance with professional standards.
Performance coaching and educational services are non-clinical and do not replace medical advice.
4. Pilot Programs, Workshops, Courses & EOIs
Submitting an EOI (including for The XP Combine and other any programs, workshops, or courses) does not guarantee selection. Participation in any of our offerings does not guarantee performance improvement, injury prevention, or specific outcomes.
5. No Guarantee of Results
Results vary between individuals. We do not guarantee rankings, recovery timelines, or performance outcomes.
6. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.
